\n1 c. whole garlic cloves
\n1\/4 c. fresh lemon juice
\n1 t. salt
\n3\/4 c. flax oil<\/p>\n

Blend till smooth & creamy. Refrigerate. Use over toast, garlic bread, crackers.<\/p>\n

\nBlend:
\n<\/strong>1 1\/4 c. organic virgin coconut oil
\n3\/4 C. extra virgin olive oil
\n2 T. organic liquid lecithin or organic soy granules (Sun Harvest Brand)
\nAdd:<\/strong>
\n1 T. sea salt
\n1 c. water \u2013 add slowly while blending, it will become thick like butter.<\/p>\n

Put into plastic or glass container and refrigerate. Will set and become firm.<\/p>\n
