Rosemary is an ancient symbol of remembrance, and the invigorating aroma of its essential oil is still used to enhance memory and aid concentration. Studying hard? Add a few drops to a simmer pot or diffuser to help you concentrate and focus.
Common use:
Promotes mental clarity; enhances memory; skin care (tones skin, dry, dull skin); hair care (promotes healthy scalp, dandruff). Aromatherapy Uses: Mentally Uplifting; Invigorating.
Other Uses:
The intense woodsy, herbal scent of Rosemary oil blends well with Frankincense, Lavender, Basil, Cinnamon and other spice oils.
Suggested directions:
With few exceptions, essential oils must be properly diluted before applying to the skin. See our carrier oils such as Jojoba oil, Sweet Almond oil, Coconut oil, and Olive oil. Basic Dilution Guidelines: 2-5 drops essential oil to 1 teaspoon carrier oil; 6-15 drops essential oil to 1 tablespoon carrier oil. Vary according to preference & strength of essential oils. AVOID USE IF PREGNANT, EPILEPTIC, OR IF HAVE HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.
