Common use:
Relieves occasional sleeplessness; stress, tension & nervous irritability; menstrual cramps; relaxes muscles; minor musculo-skeletal discomforts. NOTE: Herbalists do not recommend using Valerian together with prescription sedatives or antidepressants.
Suggested directions:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ¼ to ½ teaspoonful of powder. Drink 1-2 cups of tea daily. If desired add honey and/or lemon to suit taste. EXCESSIVE CONSUMPTION MAY IMPAIR ABILITY TO DRIVE A MOTOR VEHICLE OR OPERATE HEAVY EQUIPMENT.
